This Beginners’ Yoga Class with our exceptional local yogi Shyam will take you through some of the basic yoga poses, showing you correct technique. Linking movement with breath, you will glimpse how yoga attributes strength and flexibility finding both a physical and emotional balance in class which you will eventually apply to your everyday life. You will leave this class feeling a sense of strength and a sense of calm.

If you feel a bit nervous please know this is an accepting and welcoming environment where you will be encouraged to work to your own personal limits and accept they may be different to the person next to you.
Cost for the class is $5, payable on the day.
